I have been actively involved with Golden Retrievers all of my life with my family whom have been breeding and showing for over twenty years. I obtained my first Goldy Zeke who is picutred above, in New Zealand ten years ago and it was where my own career started. Then moving to Australia Zeke and I achieved success in the show ring and was the best companion that I could have. Then thinking he needed a companion too besides me, I decided to get another goldy so I imported Lucas from NZ whom my mother bred and has Winterlea Kennels. We have had success with him in and out of the show ring, with Obtaining his NZ Ch And Aust Grand Champion Title and also obtaining his Endurance Title. Progressing from there we now have a new addition to the family, Goldfleece I got u babe (a Lucas daughter) which I own in partnership with Ann Smith from Goldfleece kennels. For the small amount she has been shown she is already over half way to becoming an Australian Champion. |
